We’re excited that the Glenbow Single Malt is getting recognition and can’t wait to see how it progresses in the years to come.
After three years came the moment of truth. We poured our first batch of Glenbow Single Malt, its bronze hue filled the glass with smells of fresh baking, dried fruits, honey, and cloves. The first sip was creamy, revealing the flavour of the high-kilned barley and the taste of holiday festivities: soft vanilla cream, nutmeg, and pepper. The spice subsided, ending with a clean finish before we went for a second sip. We knew we had created a winner.
